Anyone not using Texting ...

Our Leadership Team has reviewed the Texting Options in Planning Center and their Integration Partners, and our thought process is that Push Notifications within Planning Center / Church Center should be sufficient for communication. Has anyone else tried this approach? Any Pro’s / Con’s that can be shared?

We are looking at the potential fees and are taking this approach to see if we can function well without. We will only activate Texting for Text to Give Functionality and understand we could leverage Planning Standard Texting with their Fee Structure if needed, but it seems the Integration Partners have very good solutions and could drive value, but at what exact costs. Seems for our church size (500), ballpark $75 to $100 a month for about 3,000 Texts, under 160 Characters.
