Check-in manned station documentation

I am in the process of creating documentation for volunteers, but am finding the details on PC help articles do not match my screens. Does anyone have a doc they’d like to share? Also, curious in the process of when a new family/child is added does this show up anywhere so we can confirm and clean up data in the system?
