Improved: Print or save payout reports as PDF

You can now print your payout reports for payments made in Giving and Registrations in Accounts or save it as a PDF.

A summary you can file with your deposit

• The printout follows the layout of Giving's payout print view.

• Donor names aren't included by default, so you can file it with the bank deposit or hand it to whoever posts to your books without needing to hide any information about individual donors.

Add detail when you need it

• Include transactions adds a detailed breakdown of every transaction, including name, fund/signup, and amount. Only users who can already see transaction details will see this option.

• Include individual payouts lists each individual deposit when you print a larger timeframe at once.
