Including contact info in email notifications?

My congregation has many volunteers who are not technically savvy and have difficulty using Planning Center. When a form is submitted with a checkbox selected, for example the Welcome form with "Interested in Racial Justice" selected, is there a way to send an email to the relevant volunteer which contains the name and contact information of the newcomer / / #? The goal is to create a workflow where the responsible volunteer does not need to access Planning Center to complete the task.
