Kids Event Planning: Sign Up Sheet for Secure Team with Tags

Hi there! We are planning for a Kids Event.

Goal: Send out a Sign Up Sheet to our Event Support/Hospitality Team (Tag Team) for volunteers to select which shift they’d like to serve at our Kids Event.

Problem: We need all volunteers to be background checked to serve at the Kids Event.

Potential Solution: If we make this a Secure Team, that should only allow those with current background checks to be scheduled.

Potential Downfalls:

1. If there is someone on the Tag Team who does not have a current background check, will they still receive the Sign Up Sheet email?

2. What would be their experience trying to sign up for the event if they do receive the email and they do not have a background check?

3. Would the Team Lead of the Event Support/Hospitality Team receive any notifications through this process?
